A very tasty desert made with jelly rolls, caramelized peach slices, custard, french cream and peanut brittle, sprinkled with Grand Marnier.
The most fun part was making the custard and watching all the egg yolks, milk and cream turning into thick and tart filling looking custard. The aroma from it will fill up your house and make any artificial chemical diffuser or spay shying away from this genue and delicious smell.
It was a creamy and fluffy desert with fresh and mouth watering tasting of peaches and Grand Marnier. The peanut brittle was a genius idea, it give the desert a crunchy texture, which made it more then just a bowl of fluff. Good enough for a Christmas dinner.
Make it and watch your husband and kids sneak into the fridge with a spoon in their hand.
