Baby Squid In Tomato Sauce With Chard

Gordon Ramsay's family fare cook book challenge day 42:

*Baby Squid In Tomato Sauce With Chard

Used adult squid, the word baby squid would make me sad and my husband cry. They are literally no difference on tasting except a more chewy texture.
A very tasty meal, filled with flavor. The squid chunks were braised in white wine and tomato sauce which reminds you the rich and tomato heavy Tuscan flavors, it is always great for shell fish dishes. While the squid tasted the sourly and garlicky, the chard came with a little surprise.  It was cooked with garlic and chili, the spiciness of the chili gave the whole dish a drier taste. This made the squid and tomato tasted more juicy and desirable.  Sour and spicy filled with good protein and nutritious greens, it is a real goody from the Tuscan. Close your eyes , you can almost feel the dry warm wind from the sandy soil and a nice lunch under the umbrella in the Tuscan sun.
Do not need layers of butter or cream to make a dish taste good, the right combination of spice and greens is enough to water your mouth and also keep your waist line down. Absolutely loved this dish.
