New Potato Salad & Creamed Cabbage & Celeriac With Pancetta

Gordon Ramsay's family fare cook book challenge day 24:

*New Potato Salad & Creamed Cabbage & Celeriac With Pancetta

Similar recipe online, but the book is so worth it:

The new potato salad is the best potato salad I ever had, maybe because I like vinegar and mustard tasting. It was refreshing and mouth watering. The potatoes themselves are current year Canada(probably PEI) produce, they tasted fresh and creamy just like perfect potatoes should be.
The creamed cabbage I won't recommend to any ladies or gents that are on diet: it has bacon, fried in a little oil,  topped with 2 table spoon of butter, and finished with heavy cream...actually I won't recommend this to anyone that wants to live longer lol.  But yes they tasted good while it is quite predicable what the flavors would be for anyone that had bacon and cabbage before.
Had a great night at a music concert(from bruce peninsula band ) tonight at a small country lodge(there was a fire place in the concert hall!), and the music was pure and lovely, almost feel like in a cold but sunny winter woods where the air is so breathable. It kind reminds me of cooking, just something enjoyable that brings smiles on the faces.
