Made this for thanks giving, so glad was be able to share it in the family :D(probably stuffed some of them a little too much after big turkey dinner). My favorite part of it was actually the creme fraiche. It was basically cultured sour cream and whipping cream, added in real vanilla beans, I really enjoy the taste of it. The pudding itself was very moist and rich because of the apple brandy and raisins in it. Think this will be my recipe if I want to make apple pudding again.
