*Roast Beef With Yorkshire Pudding & Red Wine Gravy
Two things I loved in this recipe: Yorkshire pudding and the real home made gravy. The pudding was easy to make and the moment it came out from the oven gave me a sense of pride lol, they rise high and golden brown, like pro made. The home made gravy was really tasty, and really different then the already made mix, it is actually a little sour and very fresh tasting, it gave the beef great flavor and it actually made the beef easier and lighter to eat rather then heavier and greaser like the premix stuff.
