White Chocolate Panna Cotta With Champagne Granita

Desert:

*White Chocolate Panna Cotta With Champagne Granita

It is ranked as my husband's favorite desert as today. Yep, we give meal ranks at home, but it only started when I started to cook Gordon Ramsay. It started with, "hmmm, this is so good, this is my favorite chicken/fish/desert/salad now". Two days later, the taste buds got another revelation, and same thing happen again, the previous favorite one down to rank two...

The white chocolate panna cotta tasted like a combination of chocolate pudding but with the texture of jello. It was silky and creamy, refreshing while rich in taste. It was a excellent and absolutely outstanding desert, it was elegant and classic.

The champagne granita is also very flavorful, champagne can be changed with a lot other type of fruit liqueur. They will go perfectly with this desert.
