MonkFish with Curried Mussels

Gordon Ramsay's family fare cook book challenge day 20:
*MonkFish with Curried Mussels.

Similar recipe online, but the book is so worth it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YLlIzT0WMk

A very interesting fish, and I was so surprised that I could find it in sobeys. A couple pass by me and told me they had it in Spain, and the husband loved it. Ha, Sobeys is awesome! The stuff worked at the fish section was also very friendly and they even filleted the fish for me which they usually do not.
The fish tasted quite exotic, the flesh is spongy and very juicy, no wonder it is called the "poor man's lobster" in some places. I think that is part because this texture is more like a shrimp then a fish. I used clam juice instead of mussels, just so I do not have to cook it alive :S. The dish tasted very strong curry flavored and reminds me of Mediterranean dish. enjoyed it although I won't compare it with lobster...
