A very easy to make salad, except could not find the corn salad, found on google , it is something that is cultivated in England... I used wild mix instead.
The dressing was really good again, olive oil, peanut oil, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar etc..This is the first time I have blue cheese, it actually tasted like the red tofu(a creamy tofu that was cured with bacteria ) in china, I liked both!
