Italian Sausages With Lentils

Gordon Ramsay's family fare cook book challenge day 38:

*Italian Sausages With Lentils

Similar recipe online(recommend the book though): http://www.cookingdownunder.com/articles/2007/269.htm

This is not a porn movie, you are looking at some very yummy tasting Italian sausages.

Easy Easy Easy making recipe, takes 20 minutes to finish this delicious dinner. Highly recommend to all the bachelors who do not like taking/having the time cooking. This fast making recipe is fresher, cheaper and probably tastier then any fast food you can buy or any ice age food you can nuke from your microwave.

Sausages are sauteed and braised in dry white wine. Afterward they are buried under the cooked lentil mix to combine the flavor. The result was a very well spiced and a little smoked taste. Got the Italian sausage from the farmer's market today, really fresh and traditionally made, with no preserves. It is mentioned in the book that this dish is served as a new year's meal in Italy. I think that is great. It is very rich in flavor and hearty which is perfect for a cold winter holiday. Best of all, it takes 20 minutes to make, moms can relax and spend some time with the family not the kitchen.

Wait, I just notice I am in the "Quick & Easy" section of the book. Well, consider this for a little vocation for myself.
