SHOPPING: Very very very expensive lamb rack, a small 8 section lamb rack cost 20 dollars. It felt like bleeding when buying it. Hope there is no more recipe like this forward T_T. A lot different type of fresh herbs, parsley, cilantro, thyme and rosemary, I even bought a real rosemary plant, how fresh it can get!
COOKING: Zucchini is stir fried, that I can do, ha. Herb crust was a little tricky since I do not have a proper food processor, I used a blend so it turned out more liquid then suppose to be.
TASTE: Lamb was the best part, it turned out the meat is medium cooked and along with the seasoning it is very very tasty. Zucchini is not bad neither consider I am not a fan of zucchini. We finished all the lamb rack in one meal, and today I think I am kind lamb stink smelly , haha.
